Week 1 – After 4 days in the busy and noisy Huaraz, we decided to escape the city and take refuge in the mountains. We found this amazing hostel, last one before the Huascaran National Park. Located at 3600m, it is the perfect stop to acclimate and reach several beautiful hikes.
The rooms are Andean style and have amazing views on the Huantsan peak. Sure confort is not perfect, no hot water, no heater and no reception, but what a peaceful place!
